Service Availability: Airdrie Starcab's services are available 24/7 within the Airdrie area, and reservations can be made through our website or by calling our customer service line.

Payment: Airdrie Starcab accepts all major credit cards and cash as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare.

No-Show Policy: Customers who do not show up for their scheduled pickup will be charged the full fare.

Waiting Time: Waiting time will be charged at a rate of $50/hour after the first 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

Extra Stops: Additional stops will be charged at a flat rate of $10 per stop.

Luggage: Customers are allowed up to two pieces of luggage per passenger at no additional charge. Additional pieces of luggage will be charged at a rate of $5 per piece.

Cleanliness: Customers are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle during their ride. A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for any excessive mess or damage to the vehicle.

Responsibility: Airdrie Starcab is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items left in the vehicle.

Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles.

Service Area: Airdrie Starcab provides service in the Airdrie area, additional charges may apply for pick ups and drop offs outside the service area.

Liability: Airdrie Starcab shall not be liable for any damages, injuries or losses sustained by the customer while using our services.
